Once again we hope you enjoy listening to the wide selection of songs and styles we have put together, from the quietly reflective title track to a very upbeat arrangement of Andrew Stayne’s ‘Magnificat’, plus several traditional songs and Thomas A Dorsey’s joyful acclamation that the ‘The Lord Will Make A Way Somehow’, a song that has become very dear to us in the last couple of years.

We’d like to thank all those who helped us record this album, but three people deserve special mention: Bob Watson, for helping us organise some of the songs for recording, and for preparing the music for the music book; Andy Lee, the versatile recording engineer at whose studio the cd was recorded; and Emilie Bonnie, who has again done us proud by designing the cover and booklet so beautifully.

Some folks have suggested that they like to have the words of the songs when they buy a cd, so we have included all lyrics in the cd booklet. For those who would like the music, a music book of the songs on the album is also available separately for purchase in loose leaf format.
